Strength:

Back squats: Do 5 reps at 60 % of your max. Rest. Do 5 reps at 70% of your max. Rest. Do 5 final reps at 80% of your max.

Workout:

20-15-10-5 Reps of:

  • Kettlebell swings (prescribed weight is 35-lbs for women, but scale down so it’s doable, but still challenging!)
  • Knees-to-Elbows

Stop time, rest, get ready for your Cashout!: 2 sets of max push-ups with 30 seconds rest between sets.
